Don’t blow trumpet while doing charity
Greetings in the name of the Lord. Today we will read from the Word of God “Matthew chapter 6 verses 2-4”:
“When you give to someone in need, don’t do as the hypocrites do blowing trumpet in the synagogues and streets to call attention to their acts of charity! I tell you the truth; they have received all the reward they will ever get. But when you give to someone in need, don’t let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. Give your gifts in private, and your Father, who sees everything, will reward you.”
May the blessing be upon us through the recitation of His Word. Amen.
My brothers and sisters, God has clearly told us. What we do, the offerings we present to God and the efforts we do in God’s work.
It is very important to keep that in your mind and do it in private, don’t show people what you give because this is between you and God. God will reward you for this who is in Heaven. Amen.
