Does God choose us to be His own?

Welcome to Jesus Christ for Muslims. My name is Mike, And I am so glad that you clicked to watch this video. Today we are just going to take few moments and talk about you have been chosen by God. It´s interesting; we see a pattern in the Bible that God tends to choose the most unlikely people to do the impossible things.

Miracles happen through the people that you and I probably wouldn´t even choose. He chooses the unqualified people to do the impossible. And it´s amazing what we find in scripture that David, the shepherd boy was not invited to the ceremony of anointing from the king yet he ended up becoming the king. Even though his father had rejected him, his father had forgotten him, yet he was still chosen by God.

We find Mary and Joseph in the Bible. Mary was an unlikely person to birth Jesus Christ as she was just a teenager and she was still chosen by God to be the mother of Jesus Christ. Even though the disciples of Jesus Christ, all 12 disciples had regular jobs. It would not seem very theological, they did not have doctor´s degree, they were not qualified to do some of the things that they were doing but yet Jesus was walking along the shore and He saw some men just tending to their fishing nets, just doing some fishing, and He said; you know what, come with me, follow me, I will make you fishers of men.

We see over and over again that God will choose people that are least likely to do the impossible. May be you are watching this today and you feel unqualified, you feel disqualified, you feel like your life is not a reflection that could be used by God through Jesus Christ.

I want to encourage you today that if you feel disqualified, unwanted and if you feel you cannot be used, God is still calling you. As a matter of fact, you are the favorite kind of person that God wants to use. Over and over again we find that God uses the unique people that might not seem like they have it altogether but He still thinks to use them to the greatest degree.

Thank you so much for watching. And I pray that regardless of how you feel whether that´s unqualified or displaces, that you will find hope in Jesus Christ. God bless you
