Greetings in the name of the Lord! Today we will read from the word of God “Matthew Chapter 19 verses 13-14”
“Some people brought children to Jesus for Him to place His hands on them and to pray for them, but the disciples scolded the people. Jesus said, let the children come to me and do not stop them, because the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these.”
May the Blessings be upon us through recitation of His Word. Today’s scripture teaches us about the spiritual growth of the children. Parents should facilitate their children with the spiritual growth. Send you children to the Church and Sunday school so they get familiar with the Christian education.
When they grow up and go among gentiles, they shouldn’t be ashamed but they must be well aware of their faith. Therefore, facilitate your children with the spiritual growth. As it is written in this verse; let the children come to me, because the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these. We should prepare our children for the Kingdom of Heaven. Amen.
